Tips for boarding

We invite you to arrive at least 6 hours before the scheduled departure time if you are boarding at the port of Tangier-Med.

Roadworks take place regularly. This may slow down time required to access the port. Take this into account when calculating your travel time to reach the port of Tangier-Med.

To be able to board, you must present the shipping company with your ticket and valid proof of identity for each passenger.

Itineraries to the port of Tangier-Med

The port of Tangier-Med is easily accessible by car from most of the country's major cities and from the city center of Tangier.

By public transport

If you wish to come by public transport, you can take the bus, which provides connections between the railway station and Tangier Med Port Center.

From Tangier

• Take the N2 to join the A4
• Then continue on the N16 for about 4 km to the roundabout for the port area
• Then follow the map of the port of Tangier Med

From Rabat

• Take the A1 towards Tangier-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma then
• Take the exit towards A4 and continue for 49.5km
• Then follow the N16 for about 4km until you reach the roundabout for the port zone
• Then follow the map of the port of Tangier

From Tétouan

• Take the A6 for about 28km
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Avenue Hassan II/N13/N16
• Continue on the N16 toward Route de Ceuta for 27km until you reach the roundabout for the port
• Then follow the map of the port of Tangier-Med
