A Fiera di a Canonica
In early June in Lucciana, on the archaeological site of Mariana, the Canonica Fair takes place.

Creazione festival
Bastia has been hosting the Creazione festival for over 5 years. For 4 days in mid-June, music, fashion
and design take center stage. The musical program includes several DJ sets and a concert. Designer shows, conferences on well-being and dance performances are on the agenda during the 4 days.
Discover our Légendines
Every Tuesday in June at 4:30pm, come and discover the city of Bastia differently through its unusual stories and legends told by a guide during a walking tour. This will be followed by a private concert featuring Corsican polyphonic singing and a tasting of local products.
What should you visit in Corsica in June
Given the wonderful weather, there are many sites to visit in Corsica in June.
Among them is Corte, Corsica's emblematic perched village, but also the natural sites of the aiguilles de Bavella, the Restonica Gorges as well as the chapels of Boziu.

Visiting Corte in June
Midway between Ajaccio and Bastia, in the heart of the mountains, stands proudly the town of Corte. Dominating the landscape at an altitude of 450m from its rocky outcrop, it is often regarded as the guardian of Corsica's soul, being the historical and cultural capital designated by Pascal Paoli. Its old town, which has remained fairly simple in architectural terms, is home to the University of Corsica and its citadel the Museum of Corsica.

Aiguilles de Bavella
This is one of Corsica's most emblematic sites, with its wild and diversified nature. Come and admire the great rock faces of the Aiguilles de Bavella at sunset, stretching above a forest of fragrant pines.

Restonica Gorges
During your stay in Corsica in June, take advantage of the ideal weather to go hiking in the Restonica gorges. Admire the cliffs, wander the valley and cool off in its torrent before heading to the of Melo and Capitello lakes.
The chapels across the Bozio
Bozio is the heart of Corsica, both authentic and wild. Several villages with beautiful religious buildings, like Sant'Andrea di Bozio and its superb cathedral nestled in a chestnut grove and classified as a historic monument.
The village of Bustanico is the starting point for a trail allowing you to admire:
- the frescoes painted by Corsican "primitive" painters at San Nicolao
- Saint Antoine, Sant'Alesiu and Favallelo chapels.
The village of Mazzola is made up of 4 hamlets. It offers a magnificent view of the Bozio and is an excellent starting point for numerous hikes.
